About Us
Elk Meadows Inc. is a nonprofit corporation registered in 1964 as a Home Owners Association with the Washington State Secretary of State. The corporation is responsible for operation and maintenance of the Elk Meadows community, situated in Kittitas County, Washington, as described in the Articles of Incorporation (see "Business" Tab). Corporation members consist of and are limited to purchasers of tracts within the community.

Elk Meadows is a planned recreational community nestled along the banks of the Yakima River in Kittitas County, Washington. Established in 1969, this family friendly community is known for its delightful woodland setting, scenic river views and abundant wildlife.
Developed by the Payne, Verzani and Bradshaw families, the original subdivision included Elk Meadows Park, platted in 1968 which contained thirty nine (39) lots. Elk Meadows Park No. 2., now known now simply as Elk Meadows was platted in 1969 and included sixty one (61) lots.
